Data accuracy & timezones
Reporting numbers are exact, not estimates. Campaign, journey, and dashboard analytics report precise counts of what actually happened - a campaign that sent to 10,000 people shows 10,000. Events are deduplicated at the storage layer, so retries and replays never inflate your numbers.
The one place you'll see an approximate number is the segment/audience size
preview while you build a segment - it's a fast estimate (shown with a
leading ≈) so the editor stays responsive on large workspaces, with a

campaign actually sends to are always exact.
Timezones. All data is stored in UTC. Your workspace timezone (Settings → Workspace) controls how time boundaries are drawn - what counts as "today", where week/month buckets start, retention cohort edges, and quiet hours - so reports line up with your local day no matter where your team queries from.
