Connectors

Connectors allow you to integrate Joryio with external platforms. There are three types of connectors:

Connector Categories​

Audience Sync​

Sync user audiences with advertising platforms directly from Canvas journeys. When a user reaches a connector node in a Canvas, they are automatically added to or removed from an audience on the connected platform.

Supported platforms:

  • Meta Ads - Facebook & Instagram Custom Audiences
  • Google Ads - Google Customer Match
  • TikTok Ads - TikTok Custom Audiences
  • LinkedIn Ads - LinkedIn Matched Audiences
  • Criteo Ads - Criteo Contact Lists

Data Streaming​

Stream events in real-time to analytics platforms. Configure which platforms receive your event data for product analytics and user behavior insights.

Supported destinations:

  • Webhook - POST events to any HTTPS endpoint
  • Snowflake, BigQuery, Amazon Redshift - data warehouses
  • Amazon S3 - object storage (JSON / NDJSON files)
  • Kafka - event stream
  • Amplitude, Mixpanel - product analytics

Data Import​

Import user data from data warehouses to enrich user profiles. Schedule batch imports to keep your user data in sync with your data infrastructure.

Supported platforms:

  • Snowflake - Cloud data warehouse
  • BigQuery - Google Cloud data warehouse
  • Amazon Redshift - Cloud data warehouse

Navigate to Data > Data Import to configure.

Connecting a Platform​

  1. Navigate to the appropriate section (Data Streaming, Data Import, or Audience Sync)
  2. Find the platform you want to connect
  3. Click Connect
  4. Enter the required credentials (API keys, tokens, etc.)
  5. Click Connect to save

Your credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.

Testing a Connection​

After connecting, you can test that your credentials are valid:

  1. Find your connected integration in the list
  2. Click the Test button
  3. A success or failure message will appear

Disconnecting​

  1. Find the connected integration
  2. Click Disconnect
  3. Confirm the removal
caution

Disconnecting removes all saved credentials. Any Canvas nodes or streaming configurations using this integration will stop working.

Using Connectors in Canvas​

Audience sync connectors can be used as nodes in Canvas journeys:

  1. Open the Canvas builder
  2. Add a Connector node
  3. Select the connected integration
  4. Choose an action (Add to Audience, Remove from Audience, Sync Audience)
  5. Select or create the target audience on the external platform

When users flow through this node, they will be automatically synced with the selected audience.
